Land Use and Urban Planning

This research thrust examines the interplay between new mobility, including both connected and automated vehicles and other emerging mobility options, and urban development. It aims to understand how these emerging transportation technologies can catalyze shifts in urban landscapes, real estate markets, and public infrastructure demands (or vice versa) to align with sustainable, efficient, and equitable futures.
