Getting to UCLA ITS

The Institute of Transportation Studies is located in the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs building on the northeast part of the UCLA campus, adjacent to the Murphy Sculpture Garden. View the Luskin School location on the UCLA interactive campus map. Find out more about visiting UCLA.

By bike:
Cyclists will find ample secure bicycle parking at this point.

By transit:
Several Big Blue Bus routes go to the UCLA Hilgard Terminal, along with Metro Lines 2 and 762. From there, our office is an 8-minute walk.  All UCLA BruinBus routes serve the Wyton/Charles E. Young Dr. East stop.

By vehicle:
Motorists visiting the school should enter campus through the Hilgard/Westholme entrance and park in Structure 3.  Parking rates are $15 and up per day, or pro-rated at $3/hour. If you’re lucky, while on campus you might catch Professor Donald Shoup, who will sign your copy of his classic book, “The High Cost of Free Parking.”
